Main points of this Surah - Quran Chapter 36: Intro (Pt-22, Stg-5) (L-2705) درس قرآن

Quran Chapter 36: Intro (Pt-22, Stg-5) (L-2705) درس قرآن

Main points of this Surah

Chapter “YAA-SIIIN” - (YASIN) - 36

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in Allaah from Satan the outcast)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.

(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

With regard to configuration, this is Thirty Sixth Chapter of Holy Qur’an, in which there are Five Sections. It was sent down during the middle times of stay at Makkah. Its name has been made by uniting two letters of alphabet – Yaa and Siin. This chapter begins with the same word “Yaa-Siiin”. It has been mentioned in the Sayings of the Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) (Ahaadith) that this Chapter is the Heart of Holy Qur’an. And every difficulty becomes easy by reciting it. Therefore it has been instructed that it should be recited before the person who is going to die, so that he/she may get deliverance from the trouble of the agonies of death.

It has been described in this blessed chapter that Messenger-hood is Inevitable. Certainly Muhammad (grace, glory, blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) is His Messenger. Nothing happens if the disbelievers deny. However, such is the constitution of the world that its some people will believe in his Messenger-hood and some will not be convinced of it, but contrarily they will oppose. His believers are fortunate who will be in rest and peace after death. But the disbelievers will never accept him and after death they will be suffering from pain and troubles. Behavior of believers and disbelievers has been manifested by a particular example. Sorrow has been expressed on the deniers of the Prophets (peace be upon them) that they have been buying severe torment of the Hereafter by their fearless behavior. After informing about the importance of the Messenger-hood, the attention has been drawn towards “Oneness of God (Allaah Almighty) and the way of knowing Him”. Signs of His Divine Power have been spreading in the universe, which have been directing towards its Creator and That Who gives life to its living creatures.

After that, sketch of the Day of Resurrection has been drawn. It has been described that honors and awards will be bestowed to the Believers but the Disbelievers will be punished very severely. Then it has been explained concerning the importance of Holy Qur’an and that it is not the Book of supposed and poetic thoughts. Reality of every matter and thing has been manifested in it.

After that, it has been caused to understand: Mankind’s turning away from Allaah Almighty is nothing but stubbornness. Human beings should worship Him after guessing correctly concerning His Divine Power and understand it thoroughly that coming back to life again after death is compulsory for every mankind. Reproducing anyone after destruction is not difficult for Allaah Almighty. Everything of the world, whether that is big or small, is under His control. Whatsoever He intends to do, He commands and that comes into existence without any delay. He is Pure from any kind of evil, fault, weakness or helplessness. You all will be returned to Him.

A brief note - Quran Chapter 35: Review (Pt-22, Stg-5) (L-2704) درس قرآن

Quran Chapter 35: Review (Pt-22, Stg-5) (L-2704) درس قرآن

A brief note

Chapter “FAATIR’” - (The Creator) - 35

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in Allaah from Satan the outcast)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.

(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

Entirely that reality has been declared in this chapter which should be admitted by every Believer. It is commanded: All the goodness and virtue is for Allaah Almighty Who created the heavens and the earth; by His Divine Power without having any pattern, appointed the Angels (peace be upon them) as messengers who convey His Commandments from His Court to His creatures. Accordingly the arch angel Gabriel (peace be upon him) was appointed from them for the service that he brought down Revelations of Allaah Almighty towards the Prophets (peace be upon them) for guidance of the human beings. The angels (peace be upon them) have wings two, three and four by which they travel long distances and reach everywhere. Allaah Almighty can increase the thing into His creatures by His Power which He desires. He has established this arrangement by His knowledge and wisdom. He is not needy of anyone from the creatures. He can do by His Omnipotence whatsoever He desires. There is none who may prevent Him if He desires to give anything to someone by His Mercy. And if He desires to stop anything then none can give someone anything save Him. He is the Most Powerful and Aware of everything’s suitability. The mankind should bear His blessings in mind. He is The Creator and The Supplier of the means of subsistence. There is none save Him who may provide anything. Then why do you go astray? Most of the people consider that the Prophets (peace be upon them) were liars. Allaah Almighty will judge concerning them on the Day of Resurrection. You should neither be deceived from the life of this world and nor be misled by Satan. He is your enemy. Have faith in it that he has been preparing to his followers for the Hell. There is painful torment for the disbelievers but the believers, who did good works, will find good remuneration. You should know Allaah Almighty by observing His tokens, believe in Him and do good works also. At last wickedness and cleverness of wrongdoers will be cause of their destruction. After that, there is mention about the Signs of Allaah’s Omnipotence, by which a mankind can know Him.

Bowing before someone else is useless. Own birth of the mankind and arrangement of his patronage is in the Hand of Allaah Almighty. Therefore, human beings are necessitous of Him entirely. He has recorded summary of all previous Scriptures in Holy Qur’an and appointed to the followers of Muhammad, the last Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) as its preachers and keepers. All kinds of people exist in this nation. But those, whose Belief is sound and safe, will find salvation and go to the Gardens. Abode of the disbelievers will be the Hell where they will repent. But repentance of that time will not be of use. There is an opportunity for the mankind in this world that he should make preparation here for the Day of Resurrection. After this life, he will find no chance of deliverance. Those Rules and Regulations, which Allaah Almighty has prescribed, can never be changed. Nothing can make Him helpless. He can ruin the disobedient as and when He desire, but He has given respite so that he may correct himself who desires.

Commentary

Messengers (peace be upon them) of Allaah informed to the human beings very clearly concerning that prescribed Path which was to be chosen by them, and the last Messenger, Muhammad (grace, glory, blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) manifested its signs and symbols entirely, and Holy Qur’an determined for always such way of practice which is suitable for the mankind. But most of the human beings are ignorant so far as they were in the Past. They don’t care whether you explain before them very clearly or otherwise. Still they have been enjoying the dream of ignorance as they committed earlier. It seems that their arrogance will remain till the last leg of life which was in the beginning. Moreover, their rebellion has been increasing day by day.

It is commanded: Conduct and behavior of the people is not going to be correct in spite of causing to understand them repeatedly. They would have been ruined without delay due to their bad character, and no living creature would have been saved in the world due to their misfortune if Allaah Almighty had begun to find fault with their every matter immediately. But it is His Grace that He has given respite to the mankind up to a specified term, so that he/she may be careful whosoever from them desires to become conscious. Therefore, punishment on the wrongdoers will be delayed for the sake of good people till the time that appointed term does not come.

But remember it: At last; that prescribed term shall certainly come and when that time will reach then no individual will be able to do something. Allaah Almighty shall be a Judge Who is well Aware of the state of His servants. Everyone is before Him and He will reward or punish according to every individual’s personal deeds.

Allah is not to be caused failure by anything -2 - Quran Chapter 35 44b Pt 22, Stg 5 L 2702 درس قرآن

Quran Chapter 35: 44b (Pt-22, Stg-5) (L-2702) درس قرآن

Allah is not to be caused failure by anything -2

Chapter “FAATIR’” - (The Creator) - 35

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in Allaah from Satan the outcast)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.

(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

If the people understand the above mentioned verses thoroughly then it is impossible that they become not obedient of Allaah Almighty wholeheartedly. The facts concerning the world and the mankind have been explained very clearly for the guidance of the human beings. It has been informed into them that many human beings came in the world and departed, many nations rose and fell. Most of them were such people who did not care someone else due to their strength. It was the last limit of their carelessness that some of them claimed that they were gods and they used to get adored from the feeble. It is being caused to understand to the mankind that at last such people were seized by the Law of Allaah, disgraced, ruined and driven out from the world.

The people of nowadays have been dwelling in the world at their places. They should learn by listening to their circumstances. They should admit it that these entire things have been created by Allaah Almighty. The mankind also is a creature created by Him. His first duty is to think about knowledge, power and philosophy of Allaah Almighty from whatsoever he looks and hears. He should be busy in the obedience of Allaah Almighty. He will be punished if he will disobey His Commandments. Deniers of Allaah Almighty can find nothing but they deserve His wrath and anger. And they can never harm Him.

They should not be proud of it that they have been living in the world with pomp and show even while they disbelieve in Allaah Almighty. It is a temporary matter if in spite of disbelieving in Allaah Almighty they have been receiving everything. Consequently they will come to know that they remained in loss very much due to disbelief in Allaah Almighty. They will be seized after death whether if they are saved in the world. At that time they will have neither any power nor wealth and nor any helper or supporter. They will be standing helpless and friendless in the Court of Allaah Almighty. Then they will be abashed and repentant due to their wrong deeds. And at that time, they will say: Messengers (peace be upon them) spoke the truth that we shall get nothing on the Day of Resurrection save pain, grief and sorrow if we shall disobey Allaah Almighty in the world.

Therefore, entire human beings of the world are being instructed: This is the time that you should believe in Allaah Almighty and be sure on His Promise. He will bestow full honors and awards to His obedient people but torment severely to the disobedient. There is no way of salvation save belief and obedience. Allaah bless us with Belief. Amen.

Commentary

It was commanded earlier: While strongest and healthiest people before you as Aad and Thamud could not escape from the seizure of Allaah Almighty; then what power these people have who have been disbelieving in you {O Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him)} that they may be saved from the consequence of their wicked deeds? Allaah Almighty, Who is very Kind and Merciful, has still given them respite. They should be careful, obey Allaah Almighty and His Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him), otherwise they will also be treated as the old disobedient people were ruined.

It has been commanded in this part of the verse: They should open own ears and listen carefully that neither there is any such thing in the heavens and nor in the earth which may make Allaah Almighty helpless. Everything is under His control and power. The disobedient people will not find shelter anywhere if He desires to punish them. If any creature is considered most powerful, whether that belongs to heavens or exists on the earth, that cannot get them relieved from the capture of Allaah Almighty. He Himself is The Creator of everything including entire living creatures. And He knows very well that who is in how much water. He is Aware of everyone’s strength and His knowledge is true and certain in all respect, not estimated or conjectural. While condition of nothing is hidden from Him and He is The Most Powerful; then how can He be helpless and necessitous of any other? Humble can be he who does not know the power of his opponent clearly and consider that his enemy would be more powerful than him. But That Who is Sure that His opponent has nothing against Him; then why would He accept pressure of someone else?

Divine Power of Allaah Almighty prevails over all. And the entire living creatures are helpless before Him. There is none who may speak before Him without His permission. Who will not obey Allaah Almighty after knowing this all?

Commentary

It was commanded in the previous verse: As Allaah Almighty has prescribed Rules and Regulations for all things of the entire universe, like this the Rules and Regulations are prescribed for the mankind also, in which there can come neither any change and nor those can be altered by other laws. So you should be sure that as ancient people were punished due to opposing the Law of Allaah Almighty, like them you will be punished too. It is better for you that you should understand the Law of Retaliation. Signs of this Law’s issuance are clearly apparent in the History of ancient people and their remaining effects in the form of the Ruins on the earth.

Those people are being asked in this verse who broke the Law of Allaah Almighty: Have you not traveled through the land at different places of other Countries? Certainly you would have passed through. You would have seen the ruins and signs of ancient people’s townships. You had to think that where those people had gone who used to live there, what did they do during their lives and what the consequence was of their deeds?

You would have known after hearing their circumstances that those people were physically very stronger, richer in wealth and more honorable than you. They disobeyed the Commandments of Allaah Almighty, Sayings of His Prophets (peace be upon them) and did not care for their advice. At last they reached the recompense for the wicked deeds committed. (Let us flee to Allaah).

43c.  Falan  tajida  li-Sunnatillaahi  tabdiilaa.  Wa  lan  tajida  li-Sunnatillaahi  tahwiilaa.

Commentary

There is an absolutely and clear announcement in this part of the verse that you will never find any change in those rules and regulations which Allaah Almighty, The Creator of the universe, has prescribed for arrangement of the worlds. Every work will be accomplished always according to those commandments which He has issued. In addition to these rules and regulations, there is a Metaphorical Law also which is called “The Law of Retaliation”, that is to say, every individual will be rewarded or punished for every work, done by the individual intentionally. If that work is good then its reward will also be good, but if that is a sin then its retaliation will be worse too.

A mankind can know this Law by his sense, experience and hearing the circumstances of ancient people. For causing to understand the same Law, attention of the mankind has been drawn at various places in Holy Qur’an towards the deeds of the ancient people and their consequences. And it has been commanded: The mankind should not draw this result from casual success that whatever he did or is doing, that is right. It is possible that immediate result of any deed is consolatory, but consequently it may be cause of his destruction. He should recite Holy Qur’an with deep thought and impress the evil of those works on his mind carefully; doers of which were punished very severely in the Past. It is incumbent that he should give up committing such works.

Moreover, he should understand carefully also and do those works, the doers of which were saved from the misfortunes. If there is any delay in punishment of wicked deeds, even that no chance of punishment comes in this life, nevertheless the Law of Retaliation will do its work. And if any wrongdoer escaped from punishment in this life, then after death in the next life, which is called “The Life of the Hereafter”, he would reach the recompense for the evil done.

Accordingly for the mankind, there is no way of salvation from afflictions save it that he should follow the Commandments of Holy Qur’an wholeheartedly.
