Commentary
Karrata – {(your) turn}, origin of
this word is karrun and karratun, which means “to return and
attack again”. It aims “We caused to take you a favorable turn”.
Nafiiraa – (the people, an Army),
origin of this word is nafara. Nafara means “hard labor of toil
which is for helping others”. Nafiirun means “group of supporters who
are ready to help”.
The Kings of Babylon attacked on the Temple of Jerusalem even 587
years Before Christ. Ultimately, when the Children of Israel were entangled in
calamities, then their minds became soft and they turned towards Allah
Almighty. He arranged to bring them back and peopled them in their native land
again. He aided them with abundant wealth, power and gave them maximum male children.
So when they had collected sufficient wealth, their strength of manpower
increased and they had established a strong Army, then they resisted against
their enemies with success and began to exercise their authority as they used
to rule earlier. Then the jollity was all around.
Allah Almighty commanded: That misfortune was
retribution of your wicked deeds. And now which your condition has been good,
it is retaliation of your good deeds. Understand it well that if you will do
good, you will do good for your own souls. But if you will do evil, you will do
it for yourselves. After that, some days passed in good condition.
Then Satan deceived them again and they began to do
evil wildly again.
