(In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

63.  Such is the Garden which We cause the devout among Our bondmen to inherit.

64.  We (angels) come not down save by commandment of thy Lord. Unto Him belongeth all that is before us and all that is behind us and all that is between those two, and thy Lord is never forgetful.

65.  Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them! So worship thou Him and be thou steadfast in His service. Knowest thou one that can be named along with Him?

Commentary

After describing about the Garden, it is commanded: This is the Garden; of which We have promised with Our bondmen believers. We shall cause to inherit those people of the Garden who will give up doing wrong due to Our fear.

Then the Angels (peace be upon them) say: Coming of our down on the earth depends on the commandment of Allah Almighty. He is Aware of all circumstances which were before us, which will be behind us and which are between the two. He does not forget anything. He is Lord of the heavens, the earth and whatsoever exists in between these both. Everyone should worship Him only. No one is partner of Him; even along with His name.
